Our mission is to provide the very best care and quality of life possible to the residents of our facility and to assist our community in any capacity required to promote a higher quality of life for our aged and incapacitated citizens.
Terrace Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Inc. offers short-term rehabilitation services to patients who are admitted by hospital admissions to give residents time to regain strength, independence, and help them improve their future healing. We provide everything according to the patients’ needs in accordance with their physician’s orders.
Patients can recover from joint replacements, strokes, and general weakness related to their hospital stay. We provide for them intense nursing care, in addition to physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
The rooms in our facility for short-term admissions have many amenities not found in other nursing homes in Russellville and even in the Shoals area. Our large private rooms include electric beds, telephones, television, tables and chairs for in-room dining, large bathrooms with showers, and patios with furniture.
